Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Kronefield (“Kronefield”, “we”, “us”), operated by Kronefield LLC. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Not investment advice

Kronefield publishes research, commentary, ratings, and tools (including DCF models and the Stock Analyzer) for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the platform constitutes investment, legal, tax, or financial advice, nor a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any security. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. On the web we use a third-party provider (Clerk) to handle authentication; in the iOS app, accounts are created through Sign in with Apple.

3. Membership and billing

Certain features require a paid membership. Membership is offered at $49.99 per month or $399.99 per year. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Memberships purchased in the iOS app are billed to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, and are managed and cancelled in your Apple ID account settings rather than by us. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not redistribute, resell, or scrape Kronefield content without permission.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
• Do not use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

5. Member content and conduct

Kronefield includes a forum where members post their own content. You are responsible for what you post, and you grant us permission to display it on the platform.

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. You may not post content that is harassing, threatening, hateful, defamatory, obscene, or unlawful; that impersonates another person; that is spam or an attempt to manipulate the price of a security; or that promotes a security you have an undisclosed position in.

Every post can be reported, and every member can be blocked, from within the app. We review reports and remove content that breaches these Terms, ordinarily within 24 hours, and we may suspend or permanently remove accounts that do so. Report content to hello@kronefield.com if you cannot reach us in the app.

6. Intellectual property

All research, text, design, and tools on Kronefield are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the platform — it does not transfer ownership of any content.

7. Third-party data

Market data is provided by third-party sources, including Financial Modeling Prep. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data.

8. Disclaimer of warranties & limitation of liability

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kronefield is not liable for any losses arising from your use of the platform or reliance on its content, including investment losses.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the platform.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
